Material and application of centrifugal tube

PP disposable centrifugal tube (polypropylene): translucent, chemical and temperature stability is good, but it will become brittle at low temperature, so it should not be below 40C during centrifugation.
PC centrifuge tube (polycarbonate): good transparency, hardness, can be high temperature disinfection, but not resistant to strong acid and alkali and some organic solvents such as alcohol. It is mainly used for ultra-high speed centrifugation above 50000 rpm.
PE centrifugal pipe (polyethylene): opaque, and acetone, acetic acid, hydrochloric acid and other non reaction, more stable, easy to soften at high temperature.
PA centrifugal tube: this material is PP and PE polymer, translucent, chemical properties are very stable, but not high temperature resistant.
PS centrifuge tube (polystyrene): transparent, high hardness, stable to most aqueous solutions, but it will be corroded by a variety of organic substances. It is mostly used for low speed centrifugation, and is generally disposable.
Pf centrifuge tube (polyfluorine): translucent, can be used at low temperature, if the experimental environment is - 100 ℃ ~ - 140 ℃, you can use this material centrifuge tube.
Cab centrifuge tube: transparent, can be used for the gradient determination of dilute acid, alkali, salt, alcohol and sucrose.
